Two of the enrollment forms are online forms (you fill them out on your browser screen and
submit them to Eagle Academy electronically, that is you click on the SUBMIT button at the
bottom of the online form and it is automatically e-mailed to Eagle Academy) and two are
forms that you would print out on your printer at home, fill them out by hand, and mail
them to Eagle Academy by US Mail.
Filling out a form and submitting it to Eagle Academy does not enroll your student in the
school. Enrollment is dependent upon acceptance of the application and approval of the
application materials by Eagle Academy administration, and receipt by Eagle Academy of the
proper payment for tuition and materials for the student.
However, correctly and completely filling out and submitting an enrollment form for your
student, even if you haven't made any enrollment decision yet, would be a good way for you
to get a better idea of what Eagle Academy or Eagle High could do for your student. We
would evaluate the information you have submitted, and you would receive a reply by e-mail
in two to three weeks.
